- Plug in your Stickerbox near a strong Wi-Fi signal (being close to your router works best!).
- Download the Stickerbox companion app from the App store. If you have an Android phone, please use the alternative web set-up process listed on our instruction page.
- Open the Stickerbox app.
- Press the plus sign next to “My Stickerbox”.
- Scan the QR code on your Stickerbox screen.
- Follow WiFi instructions.
- Enter set up code in app.

- Hold the white button down.
- Unplug and plug the device in while holding the button down.
- When the factory reset is complete the screen will start back up.
