  • Plug in your Stickerbox near a strong Wi-Fi signal (being close to your router works best!).
  • Download the Stickerbox companion app from the App store. If you have an Android phone, please use the alternative web set-up process listed on our instruction page.
  • Open the Stickerbox app.
  • Press the plus sign next to “My Stickerbox”. 
  • Scan the QR code on your Stickerbox screen.
  • Follow WiFi instructions.
  • Enter set up code in app.

  • Hold the white button down.
  • Unplug and plug the device in while holding the button down. 
  • When the factory reset is complete the screen will start back up.

New Stickerbox units come with paper preloaded, so you're ready to print right away. When you need to load a new roll: have an adult unscrew the silver screw at the bottom with a #2 Phillips screwdriver or equivalent. Lift the door, load the paper with the printable side facing front, and close it back up. Don't over-tighten.
